Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish traditionally cooked in a skillet with the fillings all mixed right in. Think crustless quiche! Frittata filling options are endless, not to mention a great way to do something incredible with leftovers. This week, our frittata features Newport’s Own Italian Sausage and broccoli. We’re pairing this dish with rosemary garlic roasted red potatoes and field greens to create a delicious and savory explosion of flavor. With all the holiday hullabaloo, we’re keeping this one easy Tuesday chefs! With zero prep time and very little heating time, you’ll have dinner on the table in a flash so you can go back to binging on holiday movies and spreading good cheer.
