Bogart a truly great Nortwest IPA. In the mash tun; Marris otter and four other malts including Canadian pils gives this ale its smooth malt balance. Hops in the kettle; Cascade “true to the cause” along with centennial, simcoe, hercules, and willamette. Hops in the Brite; cascade of course and five other Northwest varieties to bring a balance of hop aromas to life. So don’t bogart the Bogart. ABV: 8%
