Strong ginger beer is an honest beverage in its own right. Combined with strong hard cider the combination is notably better. I start with heritage American dessert apples, add in fresh squeezed ginger juice and a hint of sweetness for this off-dry, dangerously drinkable libation. It’s best to set yourself a limit before you start drinking or you won’t find any reason to stop. ABV: 5.5%
