Part of our ongoing Meridian Expedition. A Belgian Witbier in appearance and malt bill, the Lost Meridian Wit has a cloudy and opaque white color and silky mouthfeel from the use of loads of wheat and oats. Then the recipe takes a firmly untraditional twist. Meridian hops deliver a brightly citrus and refreshing mimosa-like character with flavors of orange and champagne dominating the aftertaste. ABV: 5%
