10 Barrel’s winter warmer that you’ve come to know and love! Keeping true to our word, we took last year’ version, tweaked it around, and made it even better! 8 different specialty malts were used to deliver a complex and thought provoking malt blanket. To complement this we used a combination of herbal, spicy, and citrus hops to keep this beer in balance. All this was wrapped together with several months in Brandy barrels, adding nuances of oak, vanilla, and candied fruit. ABV: 7.1% IBU: 60
