Here is a beer nearly two-years in the making. What initially began as a single batch of British Imperial Stout, evolved into a blend of our favorite barrels from four different batches of stouts aged in barrels. This beer is rich, sticky, sweet and aggressive and is best shared with friends who tend toward excess, indulgence, and pleasure. As a tip of the hat to the other Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts that have inspired us, we name this beer after the contemporary equivalent of Russian royalty: the Oligarch. Unlike a modern-day oligarch; though, you don’t have to be a petty tyrant to enjoy this beer. ABV 10.7% IBU 53
