This coming Tuesday, September 12, is going to be delectably good! We’re serving up Orecchiette Tossed with Newport’s Own Sweet Italian Sausage and Peas Over a Bed of Arugula, Served with Sourdough Baguette. Orecchiette might be known as “little ears” pasta, but there’s nothing little about the taste this dish creates. It’s beautifully balanced with our house-made Sweet Italian Sausage and fresh peas for added crunch and flavor. You’ll want to savor each bite of this dish, blended with a delectable (but light) cream sauce, atop a bed of fresh, herbaceous arugula.
