A full pound of delicious Copper River Coho salmon is complimented with a customer favorite, Newport’s Own Indy Sauce! Our Indy Sauce is Indonesian inspired and brings an exotic balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy. Paired with house made sesame rice, crisp snappy green beans, and a grilled peach, you’ll be wowed by this colorful (and delish) dish.

Meals are priced at $25 and are designed for two. We’re talkin’ generous portions, people! Most meals include a main dish and two to three side dishes. There’s no contract and no commitment, but we do have a limited supply, so pre-order today!
