Ah, good ol’ comfort food. Like a dear friend from long ago, it knows how to warm the soul. So do our in-house chefs! They’ve been making not-so-traditional “porchetta chops” every fall and winter for 20 years. These extra thick and juicy pork chops are rubbed with the perfect blend of spices including fennel seed, a popular porchetta flavor. Add the creamy, crispy, melt-in-your-mouth scalloped potatoes, balanced with a side of broccoli, and a Romano roll (yep, the cheese is baked right in, giving them a tangy finish), and you’ll be in hog heaven.
