Central Oregon Veteran’s Ranch

Central Oregon Veterans Ranch (COVR) is a 19-acre working ranch where veterans build connection, purpose, and pride through agriculture and community. In our hydroponic greenhouse, veterans grow lettuce year-round; in summer, they cultivate aromatic basil. Local-grown since 2017, COVR greens bring Bend freshness to your table. Every purchase supports programs that bring people together—ranch workdays, seasonal gatherings—and new offerings this year: community building events, hands-on workshops, and whole-person wellness.
