Mortis will enwrap you in autumn coils of tartness and decay, with ripe Fuyu persimmons bringing the slightest blush to a pale ale fermented with brettanomyces bruxellensis. German and Northwest wheat, pale and acidulated barley malt, and a touch of C-45 Crystal combine with Fuggles hops to wrap things up dry, tight and tart, refreshing and satisfying.
