This week, we’re serving up delicious South American cuisine, so get ready for a medley of fantastic flavor! We’re marinating our skirt steak skewers with a tangy chimichurri sauce packed with ingredients like garlic, parsley, oregano, and more. We’re rounding out this meal with a side of Spanish Rice, plus Black Bean and Corn Salad to add a little sweet and savory crunch. Get the grill and your taste buds ready for this week’s delish dish.
