This coming Tuesday, May 1, we’re getting you ready for Cinco de Mayo! We’re serving up El Patrón Chicken, Cilantro Lime Rice, Three-Pepper Medley Salad, and Black Beans.
Tonight’s dinner is boss, literally. El patrón translates to “the boss,” and this chicken boasts some zip and vigor! We’re not talking heat, though—more like a zesty and lively spice. The refreshing cilantro lime rice and savory black beans round out this Mexican inspired meal, and the three-pepper medley salad steals the show with its wonderful lime-cumin dressing.
