Quintessential Northern Italian comfort food, ragù dates to the 18th century and is a savory, meat-based sauce typically served over pasta. At Newport, we’re anything but typical which is why we’re serving our flavorful, well-balanced version over cheesy polenta. We’re talking tomato, red wine, red onions, and slow-cooked Carlton Farms pork shredded to tender perfection on top of super soft, creamy, buttery, and oh so cheesy polenta.
