This coming Tuesday, September 25, is going to be fabulous! We’re serving up Lamb Skewer Tzatziki with Naan Bread, Hummus, and Lemon Cucumber Israeli Couscous Salad.
Newport’s own flavor-packed lamb skewers are seasoned with sundried tomato, basil, feta, and fennel. This week’s dish is paired with the house-made zesty lemon and cucumber Israeli couscous (pronounced KoosKoos) salad. Couscous is a pasta dish made from wheat or barley tossed in flour until it forms tiny, round, and delicious balls. With King Harvest Hummus and a tangy tzatziki sauce, you’ll be transported to a Greek paradise. The meal wouldn’t be complete without flavorful naan bread soaking up all those delicious drippings.
