Even people who think they don’t *like* dates… like *these* dates.
Ingredients:
1 package Medjool dates, halved and pitted
1 cup crème fraîche
1 cup blue cheese crumbles
2/3 cup pine nuts
Chives, finely chopped
1/2 cup balsamic reduction
Directions:
In a bowl, cream together crème fraîche and blue cheese. Fill date halves with cheese mixture.
Lightly chop pine nuts and toast in a cast iron skillet. Sprinkle over cheese-filled dates on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped chives and a light drizzle of balsamic reduction.
