Couscous and cockles—we love just saying it, let alone eating it! Cockles (like clams) live in sandy, sheltered beaches throughout the world. Tonight’s saltwater gems are from New Zealand, offering a slightly sweet flavor with a bit o’ brine over a bed of couscous. The cooking sauce is the ultimate, we’re talking lemon, garlic, butter, and a hint of white wine. Paired with broccolini for its bright flavor and ciabatta for sopping up the sauce, tonight’s meal will make you want to kiss the cook. Check out our meal description below for more details.
