It’s still National Family Meals Month! Keep your kids at the table by bribing them I mean letting them know there are desserts coming after dinner. I LOVE brownies, but not the ones with nuts; I don’t like the nuts getting stuck between my pearly whites. So you can imagine how excited I was when I discovered Nutella Brownies…nutty, without the nuts! They’re so good that Buzzfeed has featured them and Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond makes them.
Nutella may be flying under some people’s radar, but someone out there (bless his or her heart) had the bright idea of making brownies with jars of heavenly goodness. They’re like an “It Girl” hooked up with the hottest boy in town! (Yes, these brownies will be that good.)
What’s so shocking is how easy they are to make. Just THREE ingredients! Nutella, flour and eggs. That’s it!
So let’s get to the recipe:
Ingredients:
2 jars of Nutella (13 oz size)
1 C flour
3 eggs
First, preheat your oven to 350ºF. While preheating, spray a 9”x13” pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine and stir all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour your brownie batter into your prepared pan and spread the mixture evenly.
Bake your brownies for about 25 minutes. They should look like they’re set and are crisp. Cut into squares, share, and enjoy!
