This coming Tuesday, October 3, will be one to fall for! We’re serving up Butternut Noodles with Newport’s Own Chicken Meatballs and Cream Sauce, paired with Crostini with Gorgonzola and Pear.
This week, we’re bringing Fall colors to your plate, and serving up a lighter version of spaghetti and meatballs! House-made and seasoned chicken meatballs are served over spiralized butternut squash noodles (seasonally available in our produce department and next to other veggie noodles), with a light cream sauce. What screams Fall louder than butternut squash? This dish is paired perfectly with crostini topped with gorgonzola and pear. Check out our meal description below for pairings and details.
