Candied Pecans Recipe

You need a great gift for the holiday season. We’ve got you covered.

2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp packed light brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of kosher salt
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

Heat the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat until melted. Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla and salt; stir until the mixture begins to bubble. Stir in the pecans and cook until the nuts are toasted and have absorbed most of the buttery mixture; about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat, spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and let stand for 20 minutes to cool. Makes 1 cup.
