Chocolate fondue. You know you want some.
12 oz semisweet chocolate (Callebaut or Toblerone chocolate bars)
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp brandy, rum or Grand Marnier
Break up chocolate. Add whipping cream and heat slowly. Stir constantly until chocolate melts. Stir in brandy, rum or Grand Marnier. Serve at the table in your favorite fondue pot with seasonal fruit, wafer cookies or angel food cake.
