Smoked Duck Breast
Ingredients:
1 smoked duck breast
Balsamic vinegar reduction or pepper jelly
Directions:
Bake thawed, smoked duck breast in a 450ºF oven for 25-30 minutes. (The duck breast is fully cooked, you’re just heating it through and crisping the skin.) Slice and drizzle with balsamic reduction or pepper jelly and serve.

Duck Breast Appetizer
Ingredients:
1 smoked duck breast
1 baguette (seeded is great)
Butter or olive oil
Garlic, minced
Directions:
Roast duck breast in a 450ºF oven for 25-30 minutes. Mince garlic and add to melted butter or olive oil. Slice baguette in 1/2” wide pieces, lay the pieces on a baking sheet and brush with garlic butter or oil. Slice the duck thinly and place on baguette slices.
Drizzle with berry or balsamic reduction or pepper jelly and bake for 10 minutes at 450 ºF. Serve warm.
