Our go-to appetizer. Yours too, once you taste it.
1 pound of our Newport Ave. Market spicy sausage
2 cups of our Flagship Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup all-purpose baking mix (Bisquick)
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Shape into (36) 1” balls. Place balls in a single layer on a lightly greased sheet pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Makes 36.
